Category sponsorships are available for each Category page by the month. The sponsorship includes 3 premium-positioned ad placements at the top of the Category page (one Franchise Button, the Horizontal Banner and the top-right Vertical Banner), plus a "sponsored by" legend. Franchise Buttons, Standard Buttons and Vertical Banners may be purchased separately on these pages as well.

Terms, Copy & Contract Regulations
Annual Contracts on Category Pages for Buttons, Banners & Sponsorships
Annual contracts on category pages for buttons, banners and category sponsorships will be billed annually. Advertiser may cancel contract at any time and receive a full refund for unused insertions.
Closing Dates/Deadlines
Seven days in advance of publication for both insertion orders and acceptable artwork.
Ad Creation & Submission Deadlines
Vertical Banners: 120 x 240 pixels
Horizontal Banners: 468 x 60 pixels
Franchise Buttons: 120 x 60 pixels
Standard Buttons: 120 x 90 pixels
1. Looping limit: 3 loops
2. Ad banners must be gif, animated gif or jpg formats.
3. We do NOT support Flash, Java or other rich media file formats.
4. Files should be less than 15k each.
5. Each piece of ad creative is allowed only one click thru URL. We do NOT support image maps in banner ads.
6. E-mail all ad creatives to adcreatives@dmnews.com.
7. Insertion Order Number must be in e-mail subject line.
8. Click thru URL must be specified in the message body.
9. Deadline for receipt of creatives is 7 business days prior to insertion date.
Advertising Agency Commissions
15% commission for agencies of record only. Production costs are not commissionable.
Terms
Terms of payment are net, 10 days. Rendering an invoice to an advertiser's authorized advertising agency will not release the advertiser in case of nonpayment by agency. Publisher reserves the right to hold advertiser and/or its agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as become due and payable by advertiser. Payments are due in U.S. currency. All orders are accepted subject to credit approval. In the event of nonpayment, publisher reserves the right to demand reimbursement of collection costs and reasonable attorneys' fees. Cancellations must be recieved two weeks prior to publication date.
